Chapter 3
Kuja POV
"Blank, do you think he'll be ok." I asked Blank.
"Yeah, he didn't kill himself like he wanted to, but he might be temporally insane...." Blank shook his head.
"As long as he is alive." i paused for a moment, " I'm worried about him. What did he do to them.  I mean why did they say, 'oh he's going to be the one we beat up on.' Why him, he's my best friend....so why do they hurt him." I wanted to know and i hoped that blank would know.
"Kuja slow down, i don't know anything about it.....ok." Blank stated calmly. "Look i want you to go and pick up the earthlings ok." 
"All right, I'll try, maybe this will calm me down."
       Blank smiled and nodded. I walked out of the medical ward wondering weather i should stay or not.......Should i stay an make sure Zidane is ok, or should i just go and let blank take care of him.
       I kept walking down the hall to the evac pods. I might as well use on of them to go get the girls from earth...i hope they come on willingly. 
I kept walking down the hall to the evac pods. As I turned the corner I began to hear foot steps behind me. I turned around to see my best friend from our old Terran days standing there.
"Kuja, do you really think I am going to let you do this mission alone?.
"Kami, how did I know that you would be the one who would follow me to earth..  I asked slightly smiling wondering why the hell Kami was here.
"Kuja...I'm coming with you no matter what you say. Plus your sister looks pretty hot and I'd like to meet her in person... Kami smiled evilly, " You know what happened after terra was destroyed.right..
"Yeah....i do.. 
We both began to walk down the hall together talking about the old days on terra...before our souls were taken. 
See Garland took our souls away, and me I fought for mine, Zidane was given his back, Luna, my ill sis, was sent to earth after retrieving her soul. Kami was out in a cold sleep like stasis so he should be about 26 but he and I are 19. Kami actually missed 7 years of his life. Luna grew up on Earth, and Zidane grew up on both Gaia and Terra. Growing up on Gaia was when he and Tantalus preformed all over the mist continent. 
There's also the fact that Zidane and Garnet did fall in love..but she left him. He promised her that he would stay with her forever, and she promised back. Then..they had sex right before Zidane proposed to her...and he found out that she was already married..and she abandoned him. Garnet banned him from Alexandria 

But that's not my story to give you detail on. Kami has an even more terrible past. When Terra was destroyed, by me, Kami and his girl friend were saved by Zidane. At the time Zidane didn't know that Kami was his brother. Anyway, Kamis girl friend was sick. And Garnet made it worse...she cast a spell on her and eventually she died and she and Kami...were the two people that I hoped would get married..the curse was a zombie curse so he couldn't bring her back.
"Hey Kuja..
"Yeah Kami?. 
"One of the girls we are picking up is your sister..right.
"Yeah..
"When Zidane and Luna were little they used to play games and run off together. Do you think that he might be helped if we reunited those to?.
"Kami, the wheels in your head are working today I see.. 
"Thank you Kuja.  But do you think it'll work?. 
"I do think so, as long as he doesn't kill himself before then..
"All right, this is one more step to healing my brother!. Kami jumped into the air. He was excited to know that one day his brother wont be so depressed. And that one day maybe, he could learn to love again.

"Hey Kuja.. 
"Yeah Kami..
"Do you know were my cigarettes are?.
"Try your back pocket..
"Thanx Kuja..
Kami reached into his back pocket and pulled out a pak of cigarettes. Then he pulled out his lighter and handed it to me to hold. As he did that he pulled out a cigarette and took his lighter back.
"Kami.your not supposed to smoke on the ship..
"I know but I am waiting till we get to earth to smoke.I am jus getting ready.. Kami laughed slightly and put the cigarettes back into his pocket.
"Kami, you are one weird friend of mine..
"I know.. Kami smiled and kept on walking.

"Kami i will never know why i met you.......and why i am still your friend today." I shook my head and started to walk behind him. 
We entered the room where the evac pods were. 15 of them were there and 3 of them were gone. 
"Looks like some of the guys are out." Kami smiled as he pointed to the three empty spaces.
"Road trip, Kami.....Road trip." I shook my head and opened up evac pod mumber 7, which, thankfully, it wasn't gone for it was the biggest pod for this kind of ship. It could fit up to 10 people.
"The biggest one? Why." Kami asked while looking at me funny.
"For we can fit every one....it'll be atleaset 7 people...including us!" i galred a Kami's intulectual brain fart.
"Oh.......oh yeah huh....oops!" 
We entered the pod and shot off toward earth................................
