Chapter five: On the roof 
tops

     " Hmm, She is never this emotional...Zidane you should go find 
her." 
Cinna said.  " Ok, I will be gone for a while," " How about we split up 
and meet at the Castle at 5:00."  Zidane suggested. He walked out the 
door.  He saw Blank leaning against the Talantus hideout.
      " Hey Blank what is up?" " Oh nothing Zidane,  i heard you were 
here i decided to wait outside for you."  " Did you see A girl 
with..." " You mean Shelley?" Blank interupted.
     " Yah, how did you know?" " Don't ask, She ws heading for the 
industrial district."  " Okay... Thanks Blank." Zidane went to the 
industrial district. He heard a strange sound it was like nothing he 
ever heard before.
      To him it sounded like crying and laughing at the same time. He 
walked around until the sound got louder and louder. It lead him to a 
small white house that he never had noticed before. He looked at the 
roof and saw a shadowy figure on top of it. He walked the house.
      He walked up a spiral staircase that lead him to the roof. He saw 
Shelley sitting  looking out into the sunset. He walked a little closer 
and noticed that she had a tail just like him. " You have a tail too?" 
He asked.  " Oh, Zidane i didn't know you were there. " She said 
sorrowfully.
      " I'm sorry i got all emotional on you, i thought you would 
remember what we promised," "Of course that was one year ago so i don't 
blame you for forgetting." She said. Zidane sat down next to her. " So 
why are you up here?" " Oh, this is my best friends house and i come 
here and sit on the roof when i am depressed or lonley," " Or sometimes 
i just come nd enjoy the sunset."
      " Hey, what did i promise that day Shelley?" " Well... You 
promised 
me you would come  back from kidnapping Princess Garnet and Marry me," 
" 
Course now that you have another  girlfriend why would you even bother 
coming back for me?"  She said as she stood up and turned her back to 
him.
      "( She is not my girlfriend... well she Kind of is... We're just 
friends.)" Zidane thought to him self. " Don't worry Zidane, I 
completely understand i will leave you alone so you can be with your 
new 
girlfriend." She said. " Huh, What do you mean by that!" He said 
Shockingly. "  I know you want to be alone with her so much, i don't 
want to interfere."  She said.
     " Wait, i want to know about that Jewel!" He yelled. " What is 
there 
to tell?" " It is just a Jewel!" She Responded.  " I heard there was a 
unknown power to it." He Said. " I don't really  know much about the 
Jewel, i just found it on the ground."
     " Do you want this Jewel?" She asked. " Yah, i mean i know this 
guy 
in Treno who might be able to find out about the secret power of the 
Jewels."  " Ok Zidane i give up you can have this Jewel." She said.  
She 
took the necklace off  that had the Jewel on it.
      Just then as she took it off a blue light shot off from the 
necklace. " Huh, What is happening?" She Asked.  " He He He that 
necklace is mine!" A myserious voice shouted.
