:: Communication ::

There are 5 kind of chat communication you can choose in FFXI. Note the color of the text, that is how it looks when you are chatting in the specified channel.
 
:: Say
When you choose this 1 as your chat channel. ALL THE PLAYERS IN THE AREA YOU ARE AT can see it.
:: Shout
ALL THE PLAYERS can see it.
:: Tell
1 on 1 chat
:: Party
Chat with your party members only. No limit to where you are at.
:: Link Shell
Chat with all the clan/guild of yours with the clan/guild's Link Shell.

 

:: Emotion Command List
If you imput these text inside your text window, you are able to show the character's emotions. If you do the same thing by targeting other character, you will show the emotion towards the character that you have targeted. This is some of the command used in the Beta Version. Please try them out when you're playing.

:: Emote
You are able to expand the use of character emotion command by using /emote command.

Example: If the character name is Taru-kun 

In the text input window type in /emote is very sleepy.
It will show in the log window Taru-kun is very sleepy
