Spells, summons, and sparklies!!!

Black Magic
Vivi's magic. Our favorite little Flare-weilding, spellcasing black mage. Mwahahah. DO SOME DAMAGE!!!! HELL YEAH!! http://www.plauder-smilies.de/devil/sagrin.gif

White Magic
Dagger and Eiko's magic. This includes both things like Cure/Cura/Curaga, and status ailments like Silence, Blind, Mini, etc. Got a headache? Take two curagas and call me in the morning...

Summon magic
Again, Dagger and Eiko's magic. Mwahaha, Got Bahamut? Need I say more?

Blue Magic
Quina's magic. I eat you AND your yummy skills! Includes curing magic, damageing magic, status-affecting magic. And it's always an attack, skill, etc. that an enemy uses. Helpful, ne?

Dragon Magic
Freya's magic. (Or would that be 'Giant Rat Magic?' Ah well...) This magic can also cause damage, heal, and do some pretty nifty stuff. Dragon Crest. Teehee. I LIKE!!

Sword Magic/Sword Art
Steiner's magic. SHOCK! Bzzzzt!! Eh, I lumped both the sword magic and sword arts into one. Mostly defensive stuff. It always amuses me to see Steiner run out into the field and do his flying leap attack thing. Hehehehe.

Thief Skills/Dynes
Ziddy's magic. Some interesting stuff like Flee and Detect, but also some offensive and defensive magic going on there. Although not really magic-magic, it's still spellcasting. It also doesn't get blocked in places like Oeilvert. Heh. They should have included a "Grabaga" spell!! :blink:

Flair Magic/Elans
Amarant's magic. Also both offensive and defensive. Elans are of course, the more pumped up Trancemode version. :)

Hmm.... mine's a hard choice, but I think I'll have to go with summon magic. Heehee. That's basically all I use Dagger for once my team is trained up enough, is her summoning. BAHAMUT!!!!! WOOHOO!!!!! Then the game becomes all about summoning that dragon.

In second place would have to be both Dragon Magic (beware the wrath of a pissed off Dragon Knight with a Dragon's Hair Lance!) and Black Magic. (I like Vivi serving my enemies up medium-rare. How about you?)

And finally, is Zidane's Thief skills. Heh-heh. Thievery. It's a pain in the ass (to which a monkeytail is attached) to get up to quad-9 damage, but once it's there, the fiasco begins. http://www.plauder-smilies.de/devil/sagrin.gif LOOK OUT! Mwahahaha!

Well, for me, it's a cross between Summon magic, Black Magic and White magic. They're ALL useful.

ACK, so hard to choose! My mind is torn between the ferocity of Summon Magic, and the awsome power of Black Magic. Flare is one of the most vicious (and amusing) attacks out there, but lets face it: everyone loves their Eidolons. Gah, I'll stick with them both.

A small, Vivi-style Flare, and.......MEGA FLARE!!!!!! :devil: :devil: :devil:

[Dagger aka Garnet]

My favorites are Eikos White Magic,Garnets Summoning, and Zidanes Thief Skills ^_^

I used Garnets summoning more then I did her White Magic once Eiko joins the team.Garnets Summons are really kool. But I do still use her White Magic alot too ^_^

I used Eiko's White Magic more then I did her summoning because she has really good white magic,but I do still use her summoning too..esp Phoenix.

And I love using Zidane's Thief Skills(I almost Put Skittles o.o..)Anyways His Thief Skills are really kool esp Dyne. Dyne does loads and loads of damage..Any of his Dyne moves does Quad-9 once you get him on a high level. And His regular thief skills are useful tooooo.

Black Magic: DURRRRR! VERY useful, and many varied spells. ;) One for any kind of monster!

And nobody lieks Flair Magic?

I happen to like Aura. Isn't it a kind of Life+Cure in one? And Chakra is cool for just givin' a lil boost to the more HP-impaired characters like Vivi and Eiko.

No Mercy is ok, but I don't use it a ton.

Besides, it's so much fun to see how the eidolons appear! They get better with every game... except FFX. I personally didn't care for the appearance of *certain* Aeons in FFX. Bahamut in particular Xb

Summon magic, definitely!!!!! Not spells, but beautiful, powerful beasts who aid you in the battles against darkness. I love summon magic. Plus there's only a select few with the ability to summon eidolons. That makes it kinda exclusive, isn't it? I do wish the eidolons had some mind of their own, though.....

Closely after comes black magic, of course!!!! I LOVE black magic. The effects are colourful and really pretty, and there're tons of them to choose from. Plus, I like Vivi a lot, so I use him a lot so he's got tons of MP to spare. His spells kick butt, too!!! I've always had a fascination for destructive magic.... mwahahaha!

But I prefer summoning; it's more.... mystical... somehow....

White Magic.

Using those Cure spells and others like Silence,Blind, Jewel and Might are helpful in battles. Might raises the attack power and could crush a enemy.

Ah! For Daggie's Trance, her SUMMON command becomes an "EIDOLON" command. The Eidolon you choose to summon will continue to attack (kind of randomly) throughout the battle, until Dag's Trance meter is used up.

I still remember the first time I used her Eidolon skill. I was fighting some oddball monster, summoned Ramuh, and he bolted the enemy. Zidane attacked. Zidane missed. Dammit, Zid! Then another lovely shaft of lighting came slamming down into the monster.

When I level up characters on the Forgotten Continent, and there be a group of three Vepals, I get Dagger and one time, she successfully used Mini, Silence, Blind on all three! Zidane had easy time stealing items from them now! And what's more, I think I put some of them on Berserk, and with Distract activated, and Garnet with high evasion, they were just dumb loonies. It was hilarious!

I love harassing enemies. :laugh: :laugh: ^_^ ;) o_O
