Favorite Classic Game

my all time favorite classic game would probably be.....VI.

VI had amazing gameplay and characters. Although there really was no leader of the game you could just pretty much choose who's your leader or not. I liked the storyline of the game and my 2 favorite characters are Celes and Terra. ^_^ man they're kewl.

Same here, FF6 is my fav. also! my fav charecter is Kefka, even though u cant use him, he's just kool. My fav. playable charecter is Gogo! Hes awsome!

My favorite classic FF game?

VI. It was the second FF I have ever played, next to FF7. I was simply amazed by it. The characters, stories, music....all of that was just perfect for me--still my favorite to this day!

Well, Final Fantasy VI was the third ff I ever played, and I have kinda specalized in it. It was the best for story line and characters, but it was too easy. I had the most fun playing ffIV. It was chalanging, and although you don't get alot of character development, the story line always kept you guessing about what was going to happen next. And Kane!? What was with that guy? Part of your party, part of the enemy! It was awsome!

I've only actually played V and VI, but I think I liked VI better. I just couldn't really get into V that well. It was kewl, though, but not as kewl as VI. ^__^
Hopefully I'll be getting anthology soon (IV and V), so yeah. ^__^ It'll be fun.
VI had all the kewl characters, too. Especially Shadow and Interceptor! ^____^
Everything was kewl.
It's a pity my brother doesn't like them. :/ oh well. hehe.

Well in my opinion all final fantasy are good but the best one by far is Final fantasy 6 it has an awsome story and really awesome Characters like the Thief....

Eeek... I haven't had the chance to reply to this topic yet. :) Well, I managed to get a ROM of the original FF a while back, but this Christmas, I was able to score a Japanese version of the re-release of the FF1 and FF2 games.

With the remade sound and graphics, it does lose a bit of its "original" flavor, but the game is still absolutely brilliant.

I'd have to say that FF6 is definitely still my favorite of the classics, but after rediscovering FF1 and FF2, I'd have to say that FF1 is definitely making its way into the top spot once again.

If anyone who hasn't played that original game ever does get the chance to pick it up again, I'd really reccommend it! :) If not for the fact that it's a great game, simply for the fact that that game is where it all started. Hehe, it really isn't so FINAL after all. ;)

I would say FFIV Because its the only Classic FF I have ever played...Unless you Count FF7 as being a Classic.I like FF4...Its kool ^_^

My favorite is 6, as many of the people remember me talking about over and over when I was a member before. It is the first FF I played when I was 11, and after that, I have been a fan of Square in general. I like all the FFs, because they all have their unique qualities- yet noticeable similarities. But FF6 just really stands out to me.
