ever remember getting braces or having to get some in general? and having to wear that stupid retainer >_< I do arg!!!! they hurt my mouth for months....it was painful to eat most of my favorite food but UGH!!!!! couldn't eat teriyaki for months >_< I'm thanking god I don't have to wear them...even though my dentist says I have to but....hmmmm the braces break everytime a puck hits me in the mouth and the mouth piece doesn't hold out ^_^ the dentist just said forget it...we'll wait til you not play hockey for a year or to. >:] which we'll be "NEVER"

Braces indeed. To be honest, I wanted them, I didn't want life with teeth that were afwul, I want nice straight teeth!
And They aren't that bad.. I can't even feel mine unless it has just been tightened..
So meh to it.. I also like having it in Hartlepool Colours.. that was fun for a bit...
But overall, Braces are a good treatment to have in my opinion..

Ah braces! I remember wearing them in third grade! And again in 7th. The only problems I've had with braces is not being able to eat fruit unless its cut up and the one time when my wire snapped just before school started. That was an odd day in my third grade life. (We had a substitute teacher that day and she tried to fix it because it was distracting the other students. Its very odd when a teacher tries to fix your braces.)

I also remember when kids would make fun of my braces, and I would say "smile" look at their teeth and say "you're going to get braces too." Then they would say I was stupid. One year later they all had braces! I love being right!

Braces- so much fun. I had them for about three years. During certain braces I had to cut up all my food into teeny tiny pieces. However, apples taste much nicer like that, so its quite good.

Theyre quite unpleasent- but afterwards you do have nicer teeth. Much as I want a horribly difigired jaw shape, I dont think the world ready to handle it.

I never had braces but Im suppose to get them..just I dunno when Im going to get them. I know loads of people who had braces, they said they werent that bad after you got used to them. But they do scratch up your gums a bit before you get used to them. X.x...Thats the part Im not looking forward to...Oh And your not suppose to eat candy and stuff with them..buuut Everyone that I know that has braces,eats candy anyway so..thats probably what Ill do ;p

Heh..I still have to lose 4...well...3 now, because my tooth just fell out....just a sec...*goes off* SERIOUSLY! IT FELL OUT! Well
I get them in a year and a half...RIGHT when marching season for band starts...REAL nice.........

I had them for over a year, but now they're gone and my teeth are a lot straighter! I'm glad I got them.

Never had braces, never will most likely.

I have all 4 wisdom teeth sticking out now, and the dentist says because I have slightly larger gaps in between some of my teeth, the wisdom teeth won't need to come out.

They will just push the front teeth forward, and I'll lose none.

I may be the wisest here... ^_^

I dont think I can get them...I have one front tooth which is half fake and braces would probably knock the filling off...

I'm thinking about getting them though... even though my teeth are fine. Well, mom says, anyway, but the dentist said I could get them anyway.

Braces!! I've heard alot about it, and I've heard that it's HORRIBLE! I don't ever want to try it, because.... because... it's horrible. But mot unfortunately, my teeth won't obey me and will stick out in all directions. Okay, I was exagerating. But yes, I do need them. My teeth IS crooked. Geez... of all things...

But I wonder when my dad will get them too... I'm hoping not too soon!:P

GAH!!!!!!! I never wanted them! But I never had a choice. I remember all the wonderful years. Actually it was only 2 so I don't know why im complaining. BUT WHY DID YOU ALL WANT THEM!?!?!?

Ugh, I have them now. I got them on in July last year, and they aren't comming off for another six months. x.X My cheek keeps rubbing up against the brackets and it's giving me awful mouth sores like every other week. I have one right now and I'll tell you it kills. x.x I can't wait until I get them off.

But yes, it is nice having straight teeth.

Okay, I have braces right now and Im in 8th grade...I've had em since 4th GRADE!!!!I finally get em off next month THANK YOU GOD!(lol)I tumble alot so I am running and doing a backhandspring when all of a sudden my wire breaks(no idea how or why) and I fall flat on my face......talk about pain!!!!!And this only happend this morning!!!!!!
