maybe he's got sum surgar in his pocket... eh? ;) wouldn't he look nicer with a t-shirt and some sweatpants?

But seriously... yes, Kuja IS a guy. There are rumors that in the Japanese version, he's supposed to be a girl, but I can definitely confirm that in both the Japanese and US versions, Kuja is most definitely supposed to be a guy.

Haha, anyway, it's just one of those bizarre costume ideas that Amano-sama came up with. Kuja's one of those characters you'd call "bishounen," which means "pretty boy," and that type of design is actually quite common in Japanese character design. ;) Anyway, as far as I'm concerned, though, Kuja never really acted particularly feminie in the game.

But you've gotta admit... it's a fun thing to poke fun of!! XD
