Just my opinion, sometimes the "more than 10 letters" system is getting .... a bit annoying.

I know it stops people from spamming and posting one word posts, but sometimes you just really want to put concise messages...

The only reason I can see for that is so people can just spam up threads with, "I agree" or "cool". -_- Then arguments might arise over just what is or isn't spam.

What's the point? I know what you mean about being to the point, but there's a BIG difference between ranting, and not being a lazy-ass - actually THINKING about what you're writing about.

The system seems to be fine how it is. If it ain't broke, don't fix it.

Aw, come now. What's so difficult about putting more than 10 words in a post? I mean, if you want to say "I agree," then that ain't worth posting. Seriously. Add the extra eight words that say, "I agree. You're cool. Let's go have a drink after this."

:P

Well in a quiz it does get annoying, when you only wanna answer one question, and then you have to add more to your answer because it won't let you post less than 10 letters.

It's not changing. We do our best to go with requests here, but that's something that's not going to change.

Don't know if anymore needs to be said on this matter.

Never had any problems with the rule itself. It's enforced for a good reason. Reduce spamming, and get a better sense on things. If you can't meet the demands, then it's pointless to post. I understand the situation, BM, and how you feel. But if you aren't up to doing a minimum of ten words, then don't bother posting. Simple as that.

I keeps spammers from running up there gil amounts really fast and buying a bunch of none legetiment stuff from the stores. The ten letter max is a good system wich will never go away. (i hope)

Well Done, Put your Foot down down Alex, watchout world the man has decided. !0 it shall be, no more, no less, and we shall live by this for the rest of our posting days.

Personally, I think that people should at least make the effort to type something. Instead of saying, I agree, or Yeh, you could say something like,

"I fully support your Motive for and reason behind this Discussion"
