Squaresoft obsession

after research in some video games and ff movie i concluded that Squaresoft is in love with "Gaia" and "Terra" I found it in the game Chrono cross and ff series.

^_^ what do u think about that?

I just thought it gave it a more "Romantic" name, rather than just plain "Earth," or giving it another alien-sounding name. It sounds familiar enough to our Earthling ears, but yet, still mystical. ;)

Oh yeah, they've been obsesed with it for some time now. You'll find the words popping up all the time.

In universal terms. We're not Humans. We're humanoids, as that we are bipedal, have tools, and enlarged brains. Universally speaking, our species is designated Terran. Hence name our planet Terra. Why call it Earth? Earth is a pile of dirt and stuff. You might as well call every planet Earth! See what I mean?

Gaia, huh? I have no idea what that word means...

In Greek myth, Gaia IS Mother Earth. First there was "Chaos," then there was "Primordials," and from that came 'Ndriananahary (pre-life), Gaia (life and earth), Eros (love, jealousy, deceit, sexuality), Arcadia (imagination), and Uraynx (change).

When Gaia and Uraynx joined, life began. All life came from Gaia's spirit and body (she was the Goddess, if you will).

Hmmm i never noticed that.....I never noticed Gaia and Terra was used in all of there games :) But I thought every FF game used different names in everything....IE VIII's planet name is World's Apart (from what I read) and hmmm....the romance is good ^_^ a ok to me!!!!!
