Favourite Anime EVER!
Yep, as the title says:
What are your favourite anime shows/movies of all time?
I'll just start by saying Evangelion-the one and only. It was the first series I ever saw and left me disturbed and shaking while the movie left me in (hides face) tears... Bloody bloody brilliant classic.
Secondly, I'd say X, mainly for the whole gothic feel and it still feels very fresh compared to some of the old animes around these days. Good fights and it had some wicked characters aswell.

Hmm... My favorite anime... I'm not sure, maybe Evangelion here too, but I really like Inuyasha and Samurai Champloo.

Mine are Inuyasha and Cowboy Bebop. Evangelion wasn't bad either.

Hmm... I think mine is pretty obvious.
In addition to Inuyasha, other series I follow (to a MUCH lesser extent):
Fullmetal Alchemist
Maison Ikkoku
And recently I've been watching both "One Piece" and "Ueki no Housoku" for shits and giggles. But it's mostly about Inuyasha for me.

I'm looking at a toss-up between Cowboy Bebop and Evangelion. The former being the first anime I properly got into, and the latter being the one that challenged my thought processes to an extreme. Can't beat something like that.

RoboTech
MobileSuit Gundam 0079 and Stardust Memory <--- This got me into Anime way back when on Guam.
Naruto
Cowboy Bebop
Evangelion, It has one of the gayest endings in history but overall it was an interesting experience.
Dragon Ball
Fist of the NorthStar
Ranma 1/2, I even have the first movie on a dusty old VHS Tape.
And thats about it...Anything beyond those is either lame to me...or just not in my taste.
I won't elaborate unless I want to be spammed to death with hatred from all sides.
As far as anime movies go, I'd say the only one I liked would be like...
Akira...
Most of the movies coming out of Animes are lame all around or just don't go far enough for me to like them.
Kinda like the Cowboy Bebop movie...I wanted more but it ended up being like a lame episode than in-depth movie.

Favorites? Agh...I'm gonna try to narrow it down to three.
1) Fruits Basket. For the simple fact that it was so goddamned relatable and brought a few tears to my eyes, which is an accomplishment. Did enjoy the manga better.
2) Gravitation. Yes, it was. And I'm proud of it. If the anime was better-related to the manga, it would have been my number one, but since it wasn't, ah well.
3) Inuyasha. I was crazy about this anime when it first came out. Didn't read the manga or anything. Stumbled upon it on CN one day and thought, "Man, this show is good!" I stayed up late and taped every episode, but since I moved to college (sans television) I gave up on keeping up with the show and eventually fell out of love with it. I'm pretty sure once I break down and buy the box sets, I'll start loving it all over again.
Favorite anime movie. Don't really have a favorite, but Spirited Away really touched my heart for some reason. Probably on the same level as Princess Mononoke, but in a different way.
I plan on getting into Rah Xephon one of these days. From the trailers I've seen I'm sure it'll be in my top 3 later on.

For me, it was Gundam 08th MS Team. It had a cool ending, he survived his GIGANTIC fight(at the price of a leg) and ended up with his true love. My 2nd fav would be Naruto. But only japanese subtitles, everyone in the english dubbed sounds like girls, especially Kakashi.

I'm a big fan of Fullmetal Alchemist and Naruto. I'm so sad Fullmetal Alchemist is over next week. They're both great shows though, I could watch them all day.

I don't watch much, but I'll just pick three, in no particular order.
#1: Inuyasha.
Fell in love with it during my exams in 2003. I'm not so hyped up about it now, but it's actually one of the few animes based on mangas that are actually nice.
#2: Fullmetal Alchemist.
Fell in love with it a year ago? Hehe. Even though it deviates wildly from the manga halfway through, I still love it, though I will always love the manga better.
#3: Ranma 1/2
Wildly comical. That's why I love it. Come to think of it, it was one of the first few anime I watched. Hehe.
As for anime movies... Well, I've never watched any. Unless you count all the Studio Ghibli works and things like that, which in case Spirited Away goes for me.

Trigun and Peacemaker. They're the best!
I think coming in second place would be Fullmetal Alchemist and Evangelion.

My favorite anime? >_<
Oh, too many to pick, but I'll say Chobits and Naruto, in that order.
I feel like I've betrayed the other animes
