Replaying FFX

Woohoo. Feels kinda weird..but the game is stilll oh so good.

PS, I never finished it fully the first time so hopefully I will this time.

Looking back, the story of FFX drove me bonkers. I thought it was terrible. Tidus' voice never helped either.

But you know what? It's gameplay is actually pretty awesome. Credit where credit is due.

I'm sorry if this offends anyone, but this guy's hatred of this game is legendary.

Personally I never played FFX, but I doubt I'd be able to now that I've heard the atrocious voice acting

I would but my copy, or rather Alex's, is lost in the etha of my home.

But that game is out-fucking-standing. Loved it, through and through.

Enjoy it, and finish it this time, it's got that compelling story that you can only appreciate fully if you bring it full circle.

I felt the exact same way. Though I don't know if it's the story that's so horrible to me; I think the fault actually lies within the setting. Man, I HATED Spira. It was full of morons. So much that it actually made Tidus look like one of the most sensible characters. (in my humble opinion, FFX-2 would've been perfect if it had a minigame where you could run over Shelinda repeatedly with a monster truck)

The gameplay was pretty cool though... I guess...
