The Drunken Moogle

Aloha, my gaming compadres. I've raised from the dead just for a quick thread.

Now, forgive me if I'm late to the game, or if this has already been shared here in the Ok, Here we go thread (again, raising from the dead,) but I don't know anyone else who would appreciate this site other than my old friends here on the forums.

Recently being able to 'legally' drink (US, Age: 21) I've been dabbling in the alcohol department on a few occasions. (That's not really true, but sounds great for thread introductions.) That said, I came across The Drunken Moogle that shares drinks dedicated to some of our favorite gaming series & a few other titles.

Not into drinking? They're still pretty cool to look at. Obviously we can all just toss a little bit together & call it an Elixir of Life but I think some of these are pretty cool.




They've even got images (& links to purchase) of some of the glassware designed for some of our favorites.






& while you're at it go ahead & take a look at the drinking games section. I think it's more for poops & giggles, but hey, if you're old enough & still playing Pokemon you might as well incorporate beer into it.



Yes, these aren't ALL directly sourced from The Drunken Moogle but it's still a good read if you haven't been here before. I think I'm a day's worth of convincing away from making my boyfriend invest time into making a Legend of Zelda beer pong table of our own. *Shot*

The Sloe looks like WKD Blue (a bubblegum flavour vokda based 'alcopop') poured into a wine glass.

Seriously though, that looks like fun *goes to check it out*.

EDIT: I. Need. That. Assassin's Creed. Pint. Glass. I also know someone who would appreciate the Sonic shot glasses.

Oh hohoho, that site is awesome. At first I was thinking that Haste looked like vaguely mimosa-esque. Now I'm thinking Red Bull needs to be a part of every morning drink. XD

*LOL* And the Doctor Who "Sonic Screwdriver" is definitely going to be on my list of things to try. I always did joke that whenever I made my traditional orange-juice-vodka screwdriver, that "Ooo... this could be a little more sonic."
