TGV: Rumor: Dead Rising 3 set in California, stars mechanic ‘Rick’

Currently unannounced, an “insider source” has revealed that Dead Rising 3 may be on the way.

An auto mechanic named Rick will star as the zombie killer in this game, taking place in Los Perdidos, California, and must rebuild a plane in this overrun city before a bomb detonates. Also rumored is a theme of “illegal immigrants” with an underground group of infected who have purposely avoided being registered with the government.

Capcom currently has no comment. Also unannounced, six months later there will be Dead Rising 3: Off The Record…Again starring Frank West, a couple of new areas and new DLC.
