He recorded a ton of shit in his life whenever he wasn't touring and making the real records his label liked and stuff, thus, the label and people are putting out all these unrealised tracks he did in his spare time as real songs refined and stuff.
Though I am sure all the songs are put through a studio of people to make them as best and as real as they can possibly be as a real strong solid song. But, also, Tupac is dead, as is Elvis, and many other people who others like to think aren't dead. They are gone and done. Period.
