I made some Victoria Sponge cupcakes on a whim this evening. They taste nice but as far as Victoria Sponge goes it was a failure, as it's supposed to be light and fluffy, and it's a bit heavy, but they taste nice.

Also, I put Vegemite to the test. Not bad.

Speaking of Vegemite, I found some in the store the other day after you all were talking about it along with Marmite. Got the Marmite to try because it was cheaper. Will let you know what I think.

Feeling down again. Want to move somewhere else but that's a laugh on McDonald's salary! There's nothing else out there either. It's a shite state of affairs.

I somehow caught the flu yesterday. Somehow, as in, I was feeling just fine Friday. Also, I rarely get sick. Felt miserable, constant headache, dizziness, couldn't keep any food down, having no energy to do anything..

I hope today will be different, that I might be able to keep some food down and what not.

Tried that yesterday, my step dad and I (my mom came at one point too) were stuck in the waiting room for three hours. Never got seen for whatever reason.

We had enough at that point and left.

Get well soon, Yami.

Got back from my friends' house. Had to get taxis there and back. On account of it being the bank holiday, I spent nearly £10 each way. But it was worth it to see the boys, watch a buttload of movies and get a decent meal (pork chop and salad) down me.
