Stupid Questions
I was wondering if there was anyway to make it so when a new member joins, the rules pop up automaticaly so that they don't have to go and make a post like "how do i get gil?" or "how do i get a sig?". Just wondering not sure if we can.

I know some message boards that have automatic PMs for new members. You can definitely set it up, but I don't know if the person would actually read it or not. They would have to be familiar with message boards and know about PMs.
