@Not A Kid: First of all, even if you do install all of the game discs on to a 360, you'll still have to swap discs. The game discs are required for verification purposes, and it won't just allow the first disc to be inserted. Second, Lossless audio is a huge win. I'm a gamer, and it's a night and day difference, provided you have the equipment to take advantage of it. I love my ps3, 360, and even wii, but this will be a ps3 purchase all the way

So some quality compression of audio/FMV (with MS dev kits) will be totally transparent for gamers.
