UFF Site - News: Square Enix soars in 2009

Square Enix soars in 2009 AP \| February 8, 2010 Square Enix have announced an operating income of 21.4 billion Yen for the first nine months of the Fiscal Year 2009 - a huge jump of 67.7 percent on last year. The performance will largely be down to the massive titles released in that period, including Final Fantasy XIII, Dragon Quest IX, Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days, Dissidia: Final Fantasy and several Eidos pick-ups including Batman Arkham Asylum and Championship Manager. Square will likely be expecting an even stronger year this year the the Western release of Final Fantasy XIII leading the way with titles such as Just Cause 2, Final Fantasy XIV and Kane & Lynch: Dog Days bringing up the rear.
