Front Mission Evolved gets pushed back to September 28th

AP | July 22, 2010

Square Enix USA has confirmed that Front Mission Evolved is to be delayed by a short period to release on September 28th rather than the previous release of September 14th, the same day as Halo: Reach.

While Square Enix praised the title's development and said the delay was a launch date 'update', you need only look at what else was releasing on the same week to see the true reason.

There's been no word from Square Enix Europe on if the European date, 3 days after Halo Reach, will also be changed.

Square Enix also confirmed two classic Wanzers - mechs from previous Front Mission games - as preorder incentives at certain stores. US fans ordering the game at Amazon, Best Buy and Gamestop will get their hands on Calm and Rexon from the older games.
