5 years ago today, Dennis Hendrys (LMagnuz / ff9site) sat down at his computer and started working on what was originally called the "Unofficial Final Fantasy 9 Site". Years and years have passed, the UFF(9) Site has grown tremendously and now it's time to celebrate the big 5-year-mark .

As the release of Final Fantasy 7: Advent Children draws closer, Square-Enix has released details of the extra features that will appear on the DVD edition(s). The two editions planned for release are the regular edition and the "Limited Edition".

Square-Enix recently released images of the airship that will be used in the new FF7 movie, Advent Children. In a recent Japanese magazine (of which we don't know the name right now, unfortunately), "The Sierra" was revealed as an airship that looks like a souped up version of the Highwind...

Square Enix has announced the availability of sixteen Final Fantasy soundtracks on the iTunes Music Store. This is the first time any of the soundtracks from the series will be sold in the United States, and the first time original game soundtracks will be available on the iTunes Music Store.
