Final Fantasy 7

Introduction

The mega-conglomerate Shinra Inc. has taken virtual control over the world. With huge mako-reactors that suck out mako, or energy, from the planet, the world is dying. Not realising what they are doing, and in hopes of gaining more and more power, Shinra Corporation expands their enterprise all around the world in search of more and more Mako. Their efforts to take control of all the Mako they can, however, has made time begin to run out that much quicker.

AVALANCHE, the anti-Shinra movement, refuses to stand for this corruption and opts to do something about it. With their trusty team and one mercenary ex-SOLDIER, they set out to destroy as many Mako reactors as they can. This is the case, however, until Shinra finds out about this movement and attempts to eliminate AVALANCHE. After being split up, specific members of the resistance raid the Shinra building itself. Strange happenings occur, however, and the team finally ends up outside of Midgar.

With nothing left to lose and everything to gain, the remaining members of AVALANCHE search the world for whatever remains of Shinra's corporation in attempts to destroy it, and to follow an evil nemesis named Sephiroth. As events pass, new characters are introduced and old alliances are reformed. As the finding of new information and the recovery of old information is gained, the world will be changed forever.
