Two years have passed since the events of Final Fantasy 7. Two years have seen the vast world once again live a relatively normal life. Sephiroth is gone. Meteor is destroyed. But everything is not perfect within the confines of the once great city of Midgar. Many strange things are happening.

People (and particularly children) as of late have contracted a viral disease known as Geostigma. Geostigma leaves a large rash on a person's skin and, eventually, sucks all of their energy out and kills them. There is no known cure, and the spread of the disease is only getting worse.

To make matters worse, three brothers--known only as Kadaj, Loz and Yazoo--have suddenly appeared, looking for their "Mother", and referring to Cloud as their "Brother". Cloud, meanwhile, has his own delivery service and surrogate family to deal with.

Because of these events, our heroic heroes from Final Fantasy 7 must reband to help destroy eveil once again. Watch as they go off on another grand adventure to save the world once again.
