I think the plain white background looks more appealing...although it may sway a few people in American since American usually have a different box art with characters visible

THE WHITE PS3 LOOKS AWESOME

All previous FF covers in Japan and Europe have only had the logo on it.
The american covers on the other hand have been more like the one we see above.

So I believe they'll keep the tradition.

You really have bad taste if you call this ugly. I have a ps3 now but i will buy this because this is really nice. Thats probably a cover they just release so they can keep our guards down
