FF13 Elixir Dated
October 21, 2009
Suntory and Square Enix have finally announced the planned release date for the Final Fantasy XIII Elixir soft drink and released a bunch of images and information on the drink to celebrate.
The drinks will be in Japanese stores on December 8th, short while before the game's Japanese release with each can setting you back 191 of your Japanese Yen.
A seperate, special edition Elixir is also set to ship on December 22nd. The special edition will cost 934 Yen and include one can of the drink with a special, unique design featuring Lightning and Snow - but the kicker is that the drink will also include one of five Trading Arts Mini figurines.
Elixir is named after the in-game item, and is said to replenish your energy as it will for the in-game characters. Suntory have previously put out Advent Children and Dissidia branded cans in the past.
Final Fantasy XIII is releasing in Japan on December 17th and you can
Preorder your Import Copy over at Play-Asia.
